Media player 11 (asking for updates)

I've had vista installed on my pc from new and every time i go to listen to
music online it keeps on telling me that i need to download windows player
11. So i download it then it says you've already got a up to date vision of
windows media player 11?

Any answers?

What exactly does it tell you? What station are you trying to listen to?
Or what URL shows this error... ?
