You can use Windows Movie Maker in Windows Vista to make a slide show that
includes your pictures and music.
To start Windows Movie Maker, click All Programs, and then click Windows
Movie Maker.
Import your pictures and music into Windows Movie Maker, arrange them on the
storyboard/timeline, and then publish your movie. When you publish your
movie/slideshow, one of the choices is to publish to 'e-mail' where your
movie is attached to an e-mail message.
