Vista DVD Maker is giving us all problems -HELP

Hey all. I've had the same problems with Vista DVD Maker as everyone else is
reporting....we get to 99.2% and it says something generic like "an error has
occured"..it then spits out the DVD which is rendered useless....over and
over and over.

I've seen a few people say that they have new HP computers and found some
kind of fix by unregistering and registering certain files, or uninstalling
certain applications but some of us have different PCs without those files
and applications yet we're all having the same problem.

I really need to use DVD Maker as I have work-related video I need to burn
onto DVD however I'm unable to do so.

Is there an actual problem with this software that Microsoft is aware of and
addressing? PLEASE HELP!!!
