Authorization/Deauthorization

Can someone give me a link to the web site for support where I can
deauthorize-authorize my msn music purchases? Everything has changed and I
keep going around in circles! A week ago I could play all my d/l from MSN
music and now all of a sudden I have to acquire a license (actually about
4-5 of them)
