Album Artwork Problem With Music Files

Hi,
I would be grateful if perhaps somebody is able to help with following problem.

I have downloaded a number of MP3 albums from Amazon into Windows Media
Player and synced them into my phone. Trouble is, some of them have the
album artwork and some do not, is there a logical reason for this or is there
something I am neglecting to do?

I've "googled" the internet and most of the related problems seem to be caused
because of missing artwork within WMP's Library, whereas, in my case the
artwork has been downloaded into the Library.

I appreciate that this no big problem but I would still be grateful for any help.
