Photo Slide Show CD / DVD

I am thinking of upgrading to Windows Vista. But my only reason for doing so
is to make CDs/ DVDs of the slide shows that I put together for my family who
live across country and myself of course. I want to find a program that will
let me use my music from iTunes and will let me burn it onto the CD / DVD.
Every other program I have tried allows me only their pitiful selection or a
subscription to whatever music service they are with and STILL won't let me
use the downloaded songs with my photos for my personal private viewing? Can
someone tell me if Vista will allow me to put my own music in the background
of my slide shows & allow me to burn it that way? Otherwise Vista is of no
use to me.

Do you currently use Microsoft's PhotoStory? It installs and runs fine under
Vista. I haven't used any of Vista's built-ins because PhotoStory does what
I need...
