Vista Movie Maker Fault Module Name: nvSCPAPI64.dll_unloaded

I am new to Vista. I like the movie maker. However, whenver i load a
scene into the story boards, the program would crash. This is the error
message i get. Can someone please guide me? Thank you in advance.
