Audio/video sync problem

well I am converting using the imtoo DVD ripper platinum, I have been working for about a week now and yet when I watch the video (mp4) on my video ipod or my blackberry 8830 the audio place about 1 second before the mouth actually moves, anyone else with this similar issue or anyone know how to fix it???

I use the Aura4You (www.aura4you.com) to convert all my video files,
copy DVD movies, etc. There are 12 software tools which only need
USD49.95. This is the cheapest and most valuable software package.
I can use the same code to unlock all 12 software tools. This mode is
similar to AVS4YOU. I even think Aura4You is the same as AVS4You
