This question makes no sense.
Vista is a Windows operating system.
A Powerpoint file is a Powerpoint file, and should be readable on any
Windows computer, provided you either have Powerpoint or a Powerpoint reader
installed.

Could you please clarify what exactly this is supposed to mean? Do you
mean converting a PP07 file to PP03?
