Realtek HD Audio driver

why is it that realtek hd Audio dirver does not work in windows 7, i tried
installing the vista version it did not work i check the interenet and i saw
new product for windows 7 also dis not work what can i do?

What version off the driver are using and what is happening?? is the
driver not installing is there no sound??
