I wish to tell the whole world that I am really pissed off about something
that Microsoft has done.

Is there anybody in the world who gives a damn?

I can always take it up in a written complaint to Microsoft's CEO. In case
he reads this post, he should note that the subject matter is the plug n
play driver for my DAC (digital to analogue converter). I have to install
the driver every time I want to use the DAC and with the USB lead inserted
to a new port. Then I have to turn everything off and then back on again in
a certain order. A few hours ago I lost all audio but eventually regained
analogue
