Keeping WPG up to date

I keep my pictures in bespoke folders in Documents I create (in Explorer)
for specific purposes. My question is what method should I use ensure that
WPG is always up to date?

if you place the bespoke folders in 'Pictures' rather than 'Documents' it
would be taken care of for you.
If you place the bespoke folders all in a specific folder in 'documents'
then you can tell WPG to include all items within that folder in is
indexing.
That is place all your bespoke folders at ...\Documents\bespoke\,
then tell WPG to include \Documents\bespoke\ in the indexing.

(I have Windows Live Photo Gallery, so specifics to do this in Window Photo
Gallery may be different there)

If for some reason you must place all your pictures in \Documents\bespoke1,
..... \bespoken then you will have to manually include each of them in the
indexing or include \Documents (in which case you may get additional
unwanted items into your index)
