Movie Maker not playing

I created a 5min + video within movie maker, published it and have been in
since. All of a sudden i now go into movie maker and open the project and it
won't play/preview the movie.

Any ideas? the machine doesn't even try to play, the button to play is
pressed but the movie doesn't start. individual clips that are in the project
window play.

this is a very nasty bug indeed, delete the clips on the timeline and drag
the clips on it again.

Please tell me you are joking! I have upward of 50 clips and even more
transitions and titles.

Are you saying that it's a known bug and there is no work around?

Please tell me you are joking! i have 50+ clips, transitions and titles.
Is this a known defect? and no other work around?

I'm not joking, it worked for me. But nothing is sure with Vista.....
