Need Help restoring deleted folder in Windows Photo Gallery

Yep, I deleted the folder not knowing it would delete the photos in all other locations, including the source folder. It and its contents did not show up in the Recycle bin (which I restored anyway in an attempt to get them back). Where did they go, and how do I get them back?
