No Windows DVD Maker

Hi, I'm a new boy on the block!

My computer runs Vista Business. This includes Windows Movie Maker but NOT Windows DVD Maker.

How/where can I download the proper Windows DVD Maker so that it intergrates into Movie Maker? Can this bo obtained free? If not, at what cost?

It's not available as a standalone download, as noticed.
You could use third party software to do this sort of thing. I don't have a
particular recommendation.
