Microsoft Data Access Components / CD Viewer

I have a cd of a MRI. I can't view it on my computer. I get a message that I
need Microsoft Data Access Components / CD Viewer installed to view it. Any
one able to help? I found MDAC 2.8 on microsoft download but it doesn't list
vista as one of it's compatabilities. Thanks.

I have the same exact problem--it works on XP but not Vista; has anyone given
you an answer yet?
