Microsoft Online Crash Analysis
This has just recently become a problem(within the last month) and occured first when I tried to open a jpeg. I have a Canon picture viewer and I can view pictures fine using it. If I try to open a jpeg with media center, It will crash. It will crash if I simply open media center. I have Norton as my antivirus and some have suggested that this could be causing the problem. I have also read that this is a common issue with media center. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Problem solved for now-seems that using the windows tool to update drivers does not necessarily update to the latest version.
