Error Code 80070052 when saving to Cruzer Flash Drive

I was coping some pictures to a 1GB Cruzer Flash Drive and received the
ErrorCode 80070052. I checked the available space and I had only used about
150 MB. Any help would be appreciated.

Maybe you have copied too many files
into the Root Directory of the flash drive.
Try creating folders to copy the files into.
