Windows Movie Maker won't save narration

When I record a narration (ie click "Start Narration") all goes well, but
when I click the "Stop Narration" button the option to save the file does not
appear!!! I select the "mute speakers" box have the righ Audio device
selected and the little coloured scale shows sound is going in. Also all
other functions in movie maker work fine. OS is Vista Business with SP1. Mike
records in other appilcations no problem. Has anyone else had this problem
and hopefully overcome it?

Not much help I guess..but is it possible that
you just need to wait until the save screen opens?
