Thanks for your reply.
The DVDs are original Instructional DVDs purchased from various
organizations. I have not loaded any 3rd party codec packs that I am aware
of. I would only have them if they were included with Vista Home Premium or
Office 2007. Also, I have no problem playing web videos.
