transferring music from my vista laptop to my sony w980i mobile

when my music has copied to my phone a lot of the track names and artists are
showing as unknown how do i correct this? The cd's ripped were original and
not copies.

its happened to me with certain cds? others it shows album name,track
etc
I think it has more to do with the software on the phones,I have a sony
w910i and when it does it,i just do it manually.Dont know why it does
it,because both phones have track Id built into them.....Strange lol
