can not sign into windows live photo gallery

Hi guys downloaded windows live photo gallery for my vista 64 bit but it
does not allow me to sign in am I missing something?- iv uninstalled and
reinstalled

What happens when you click the "Sign In" button?

hi mate apologies for not givining any more info-

when clicking on sign in nothing happens no errors or pop ups-

when i click on a photo and click publish i get error
