Huh - that's very interesting that you don't have "nevideo.ax" but do have
Nero. I wasn't aware that they had renamed that component.
If you temporarily uninstall Nero, this should cleanly remove the file I'm
thinking of. Does Movie Maker work during the time in which Nero is *not*
on your system?
While Nero is *on* the system, what are the results of WMP's
Help:about
:Technical Support Information menu tool?
