trouble playing embedded video content

When trying to play embedded video files (NOT flash video), WMP loads the
video and the audio plays normally but the image does not refresh. It either
gets stuck at the first frame, or refreshes itself at a very slow rate (once
every three seconds or so). If I download the clip, the file plays just fine
on my computer. I know this is not a buffering issue, because I let the
entire file load into the browser, but still had the problem.

This problem appears in both IE7 and Firefox. I'm using WMP 11, and my
graphics accelerator is an integrated Mobile Intel 945GM/GU chipset
