subtitles in Movie Maker

I need to add subtitles to on of my educational videos (digitalized).
Any ide hwo can I do it? Thanks.

This should work:

In WMMaker:
Tools>Titles and Credits>Title on the selected clip.

Stretch out the timeline and add your (sub)titles.
