DVD Player or 64-bit MPEG Codec (WMP) for Vista Business 64-bit
I have been searching vendors and the net for a DVD player or a 64-bit MPEG codec (for Windows Media Player) that will enable me to play DVDs on Vista Business 64-bit with no luck whatsoever.

Has anyone had any luck with or knowledge of this problem?

fyi, 64-bit Vista comes with both a 32-bit version of Media Player and a
64-bit version. The 32-bit version is the 'default' version for media.

Read this page for some more info. There's other pages of info if you
google a bit...

RE: DVD Player or 64-bit MPEG Codec (WMP) for Vista Business 64-bit
You should be able to use any x86 or x64 DVD players on Business 64. Just
make sure that the software is Windows Vista ready. Try trial versions first.
Note that the default shortcuts for WMP in Windows Vista64 point to the
32-bit version of WMP.
