deleted parts still there on burned dvd

I have Vista Home premium and Moviemaker 6.

I have opened a new project in Moviemaker 6. I include 2 different
clips and put them in the timelime. I trim the beginning of the first
clip by deleting the first 10 seconds; then I trim the end of the first
clip by deleting the last 2 minutes of that clip. I save the project.
Then I want to publish the project by burning a dvd; I get the question
that the project will be saved and that Windows Dvdmaker will be opened;
I then burn the dvd and after it is finished the first deleted part of
the first clip is not on the dvd but the second deleted part of the
first clip is still on the dvd.
It doesn't matter if i cut the clip in 2 parts and delete the last part
(those 2 minutes) or i trim the last part by 2 minutes and delete that
part; in both cases that part is still on the dvd.
What do i do wrong ??
