Windows DVD maker
hello all,
i have some weird problem and it seems i'm not the only one that has same
problem with the fine DVD maker tool from Windows Vista.
some time ago a recorded some movies from TV through Mediacenter and saved
them on another hard drive than my C: to keep them save in case i had to
reinstall Windows (wich i had to some time ago)
when i reinstalled windows vista i recorded some other movies and burned
them on a DVD-R wich works fine, but today i tried to burn another movie that
i previously had from my previous Vista installation and when i put the DVD
into my DVD reader from my living menu is fine and correct but when i launch
the movie the movie is upside down....
so after a little bit research on Google some people said to drag the movie
into Windows moviemaker and to mirror is horizontally and vertically wich i'm
doing right now,but thing i don't really get is why Windows dvd maker burns
my movies upside down, especially when windows media player is playing them
correctly, besides could it be this incompatibility has something to cause i
relocate the movies from a hard drive to another? or does it have something
to do with my installed codecs?
thing is that i don't even know wich movies Windows DVD maker will burn
upside down and wich ones will appear correctly on my DVD reader, this is
making me use dvd's like crazy in the hope they will not be viewed upside
down,kinda frustrating
other option i have is to reinstall completely windows vista but i doubt
this will repair this problem,if anyone knows why and how to fix this problem
i would appreciate thet person would share it with me/us
Regards
