As you have discovered...Windows Photo
Gallery does not have the Panoramic option...
you have to install "Windows Live Photo
Gallery" (Sounds very much the same but
is a different app)
Try again from the following site:
Windows Live Photo Gallery
http://get.live.com/photogallery/overview
Click the "Get it free" button and download
the WLinstaller file to your desktop by choosing...
Save...and then open the drop window and
choose...Desktop / Save.
When the file is downloaded to your Desktop...
double left click the file and click...Run / Accept...
uncheck the three boxes / click "install".
Now you should be able to select Windows
Live Photo Gallery and install it.
