comcast photo show deluxe

On my lap top this all works... on my desktop it comes back with macromedia
projector not responding. Tried both versions I have vista basic

Dee, I am having the same exact problem with the "macromedia projector"
message coming up when I try to close the application. I too have Vista but
the Home Premium version.
