Windows Movie Maker Timeline View

I searched the forum and was unable to find the answer to this question.
When I import an .avi file into MM, is it possible to view the timeline frame
by frame? I have had other movie editing software and this makes it much
easier to edit individual movies. Is this possible in the version of Movie
Maker packaged with Vista Home Premium?
