WMP11 Not Monitoring Folder

I had Roxio Media Creator LE, but liked my husband's Roxio Media Creator
Premier better, so I took the CD that came with his computer (both are Dell
computers loaded with Vista home ed.). This of course, automatically
uninstalled my version of Roxio. All is fine except that now WMP11 won't
monitor my Music folder on my C drive. I can't even get it to do it
manually. Can anyone help?
