Picture From MPG File

How can I get a picture image (JPG) from an existing MPG file?

You cannot actually *extract* a picture from a
movie file but you can do a screenshot.

Try this...play the file in Windows Media Player...

When the image you want appears...pause the player...

Press your "Print Screen" key...

Open MS Paint and go to...Edit / Paste...

Save the screenshot by going to...
File / Save as...

Choose a save location, a name and a format...

Click...save...
