rundll32

Hi Everyone, i keep getting the message rundl32 has stopped working whenever
i try to play a video file or try to add video files for burning...does
anyone have any suggestions as what is causing this and how i can rectify

When you go to the Problem Reports and Solutions Center control panel, what
is the fault information for the crash listed there?
