Can't download Windows Live Photo Gallery

Hi,
I'm trying to download the WLPG installer. The first attempt, I selected
"run." It downloaded to 90%, then got hung up. Now when I try "run" or
"save" it just stays at 0%. Does anyone know what's going on?
