pictures from PC to memory card

I have a new digital photo frame & new card ( memory stick PRO Duo). Can any
one please tell me step by step how to get my photos from my pc on to my
memory card. I am pretty sure I have a card reader in my tower. Thank you for
any help

If you have a card reader that will recognize the
Pro Duo memory stick...insert it in the slot and
go to...My Computer...you should see the memory
stick listed as "Removable Disk"...

You can copy/paste or drag/drop your Pix on it
from there.

Check the documentation for the frame and be
sure your pix are the correct format and size for
the frame's requirements.
