Sending pictures from computer to cell phone

Is there a way to send pictures from my computer to a cell phone? using
windows vista home prem version.

I want to know how to get the photos in my cellphone to my computer. Using
Vista.
Phone is an AT&T sync. I have USB cable but my computer does not recognize
my phone when I plug it in.

In order to transfer data from a phone to a pc or vice versa you will
need drivers for the phone so that it will be recognised by vista. If
the phone was provided with a USB connection it should also have been
provided with a driver disk of some kind.

if you do not have this disk you may want to check on the phone maker's
website to see if you can download the drivers.

Once the driver is downloaded and installed the phone should then
appear as a drive in vista and files may be transferred by drag and drop
or copy and paste.

a second alternative would be to obtain a BlueTooth adaptor for the PC
and use that to transfer files to a suitably enabled phone
