Sync results shows 0 kbps bit rate in wmp

I'm using wmp11 on a vista hp computer. After I sync my wmp music files onto
an archos mp3 player the sync results in wmp show the bit rate to be 0 kbps
(even though the sync worked). I've tried syncing at all quality levels with
the same result. When checking the music file details on my computer it
shows the correct bit rate. Apperently wmp is not reading the music file tag
even though it is syncing the file. Has anyone else seen this problem and is
there a solution?
