Mediacenter - fast forward?

Hi,

basically I have a pretty simple question. As i watch movies in mediacenter
i would like a simple fast forward. It seems i have only the option to jumpo
forwards. I want a fast forward that when i press it..slides forward. I know
this is not part of vista..but does someone have an add on that allows normal
movie browsing like in media player for example
