Green screen on movie maker

I uploaded a video with movie maker and it plays fine in movie maker. When I
publish it to my computer or as an email, it plays with the bottom half being
a green screen. I don't know what's happening.

i have the same problem, and did what it said in the link but it still
gives me the same green bar.
