Windows Media Center/Player

After copying many CDs into Media Center (Vista), when tracks are played back
from 'Library', many of them skip at the end, or sound 'bumpy'. How does
this get fixed? OR what is the cause so can be corrected? Thanks.

In Control Panel (Classic view) > Sounds > Playback tab > highlight Speakers
> press Properties button > Enhancements tab > CHECK the Disable All
Enhancements checkbox.

Do you have a Sigma Tel audio adapter?
