Media center tv

TV used to work in media center. Now I get "Cannot play video - The file is
currently in use by another application. Please try again later."
The HP QuickPlay application will play the TV. They both worked before. I
can record from the TV. I've made media center the default program for all of
the files that I think are associated with video. This error started after I
played an iMovie using QuickTime. I've removed all QuickTime software.

Did you uninstall with add remove programs when you removed Quick Time?
If not maybe your system still thinks quick time has control of video.

Yes, I uninstalled with Vista version of add/remove programs called "Programs
and Features".
