Cannot open picture

I cannot open a picture using photo draw. It keeps saying "PhotoDraw cannot
access this file. It maybe damaged"

However I can open it in other things such as Picture It, PhotoSmart, send
it as an email.

So why can't I open it in PhotoDraw?

Is this the old discontinued PhotoDraw 2000?

You don't mention any details about the file such as what file type it is.
If the old PhotoDraw can't currently understand it, you should be able to
either convert it to a different picture type or save it out again from the
other tools and hopefully that new save would work better.
