Converting Music from Radio TV Station to Music CD

Is there any way to convert a TV recording of a cable TV music channel to a
music CD that can be played in a car CD player? I have Vista Home Premium
with Windows Media Center.

You can try editing out the Video in Movie Maker and then see if Media
Player will make a CD from it.
