Blue Screen - Vonage Voicemail Message Played in Media Player
When I tried to listen to a voice mail message today from Vonage, Media
Player opened and then immediately gave me a Blue Screen with a Page Fault in
Non-Paged Area message. It said it was doing a minidump, and then rebooted.

This is repeatable and occurs using both IE and Firefox.

I'd like to know a solution, other than reverting to Windows XP which did
work.

What data do you have about the crash in the system event viewer?

Re: Blue Screen - Vonage Voicemail Message Played in Media Player

Hm - short of the actual memory dump file, that's not quite what I'd look
for. Is there further data in the "Problem Reports and Solutions" tool?

open the Start menu
click All Programs
select Maintenance
select Problem Reports and Solutions
click View Problem History
Look for the crash/error in question
double-click the report in question
click Copy to Clipboard
paste that data here.
