my video is not working. How do I get it to work

What type of video? Does it give you any errors? If it is a Quicktime,
Realplayer, or other format, it will need it's own program (or codec).

If it's a .avi or .mpg it should play, but may require another codec.

If you want to try and install this and see if it works, it adds more codecs
to your PC, allowing you to play more video formats:
