Vista Media Center Problem

I recently upgraded to Vista one of the first things I did was try out media
Center. I set up Media Center to stop whatching the Sample folders and only
whatch my folders. But no matter what i do even if i set it to whatch no
folders it continues to add my pictures and the sample pictures. i am
wondering if there is anyway to reset media Center to everything it was
originally and start anew or if there was other way that I could remove these
folders from my library. I have removed them from Media Center and Photo
Gallerry yet they still remain. I would rather not delete them either because
the Sample Pictures make good wallpapers so any suggesstions would be great.
