Media center has delay on sound

When I watch live TV with media center it has a delay of +-3 sec.

I see the movement first and then the sound. Can anyone help me?

I have Vista Ultimate
Intel Core 2 Quad CPU 2.40GHz
4 GB RAM
NVidia 7600 GS 512MB
Pinnacle PCI PRO TV tuner and a MSI TV @nywhere pro tv tuner
The latest drivers of all hardware.

Please help me :s
