Media Player Song Text Change

I am using the basic skin for media player. How can I change the way the
song text shows on the lower left hand of the window while playing a song.
Right now it has an annoying highlighted look which hurts the eyes. I am
hoping I can change this without using a special skin. Thanks

If you shrink the player's width, that text won't show up.
