transfer picture from blackberry pearl phone to new computer

I dont have email on my blackberry pearl. is it poss to get a picture from
the phone to the computer? I hooked up a USB cable but not sure whats next.
Just bought my first computers w/windows vista. Thanks for any help

You will probably have to install some software on your computer (or even
the device itself) that should be available at the blackberry website. I
have a Motorola Razr phone and the Motorola website has software that can
get photos from the phone to a computer. The same should be available to
you from the blackberry site.
